SENSUM

“Sensum” is a diploma project developed at Uludağ University, proposing a museum and awareness center in Bursa. The concept originates from the metaphor of the bed – a symbol of intimacy, dreaming, and human fragility – reimagined as a space for sensory exploration.

The museum is composed of thematic rooms where visitors experience immersive scenarios: earthquakes, floods, pollution, global warming, and fire. Each capsule becomes a narrative device that sparks emotion and awareness of society’s vulnerabilities. The main building, together with the library tower and surrounding green areas, creates a dialogue between the urban landscape and individual consciousness.
